No problems with Afrihost contrary to some other people's experiences. Maybe I'm lucky, caught their support staff on a good day or they're trying the best they can and make mistakes sometime. Anyway, based on my experiences with my current fibre line, UPS, one domain with the low end shared hosting, I have received nothing but excellent service for the amount of money I pay every month.

I've just joined Afrihost...not even started with their services...but I'm very much impressed on how things are handled and the professionalism displayed via whatsup chat...I'm time and again updated on my order...I'm also made and/or alerted on anything that might temper with my fiber order...thank you.

Whenever there is a connection issue, it is resolved quickly, even when the fault is with one of the fibre providers. After a recent lightning storm, the router was struck. Afrihost client support did everything they could from their side to confirm where the issue could be. Diagnosis steps are easy to follow and suggestions are clear and worthwhile. Connectivity is restored quickly and is always up to the specified speeds. Problems will happen but the attitude that Afrihost has proves that they are the best.

Afrihost has definitely got the most dynamic and outstanding customer experience in SA. Fibre issues are dealt with efficiently. In this day and age I have yet to find another organization that could compete with their excellence! Special mention to Boston for his kindness and efficiency.

Excellent customer service. The whatsapp chat operators are very efficient - taking the time to understand your query and resolving it efficiently. My internet is also working great. If you are looking for a new service provider that has great customer service - I'd say give Afrihost a try. Impressive service.
